These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Roadasia Sdn. Bhd.'s car rental services. By booking or using our vehicles, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Eligibility to Rent
All renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license. The license must be presented at the time of booking or vehicle collection.

2. Booking & Payment
A confirmed booking requires full or partial payment. A security deposit is required and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

3. Vehicle Usage
The vehicle may only be used by the renter and for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized use (e.g., racing, off-road driving, or letting others drive) may result in termination and penalties.

4. Fuel & Cleanliness
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and cleanliness as provided. Extra charges may apply for cleaning or refueling.

5. Accidents & Breakdown
In case of any accident or breakdown, you must inform us immediately. Assistance will be provided, and a police report is required for insurance purposes.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial or full refund. Late cancellations may result in fees.

7. Liability & Insurance
Basic insurance is included. However, renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. Optional insurance coverage is available.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and protect your personal data.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
